Our clinicians support adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns, using approaches tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and circumstances.
What might bring you here?
You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, difficult relationships, low self-esteem, unwanted habits, or a major life transition. You may be feeling overwhelmed or stuck, repeating patterns you would like to change, or trying to make sense of questions related to your identity, relationships, sexuality, or sense of self.
You do not need to know exactly what is wrong or how to put it into words before reaching out. We can begin with what is happening now, what feels difficult, and what you would like to be different.
What can we work on together?
Psychotherapy and counselling can help you better understand the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns affecting your life. Depending on your needs and the professional you are working with, the process may involve gaining insight, developing practical strategies, learning new ways of responding to difficult thoughts and emotions, or changing patterns that are no longer working for you.
Your care is shaped around you. Your clinician will consider your goals, strengths, circumstances, and pace while bringing professional knowledge, thoughtful guidance, and an approach suited to the concerns you want to address.
What kind of support might suit you?
Our team offers psychotherapy with psychologists. Counselling psychology practicum students also provide counselling under clinical supervision.
Each clinician’s profile describes the people they work with, the concerns they commonly address, their approaches, and their professional role, so you can get a clearer sense of who may be a good fit for you.
If you are looking for support for a child or family, you can also explore Children and parenting.
The clinic does not currently offer psychological or neuropsychological assessments.
